It’s time for some autumnal warm-up exercises. Every year again the Red Current in my garden impressed me with its bright yellow leaves.

Preparing a Toddler Workshop inspired by Jessica Durant gorgeous butterflies paintings. My sweet neighbor girls are so excited about these ideas and so I’m looking for the perfect way that we all have a lot of fun with pigments and water. I painted the butterflies with clear water and then put some drops of pigment into each one. I’m sure my little painter friends will enjoy this way of doing.

Doing some sketches inspired by @jeanhaines #onlineartschool. The goal is to paint people in motion. Since I‘m planning a large „summer at the sea“ piece, I try to paint cliff or water jumps.

Being amongst this incredible festival was a lifelong dream and now I feel like I am there with all these beautiful costumes, colors, glitter, and gold around me.

It's February and so it's Carnival time. I love our actual theme Jean Haines's Online Artschool www.watercolourinspiration.com where we are painting Carnival masks. The Venetian masks are my favorites and painting them creates a wonderfully festive feeling at my studio, all these gorgeous colors and golden glitter around me.

This is one of my October classwork at Jean Haines's Online Art School www.watercolourinspiration.com The goal is to learn how to connect your subjects in watercolor and it was is such an enjoyable exercise. Not so easy as it seems, but with a lot of fun included.
