One more flower painting inspired by Jean Haines' beautiful painting style. I feel very at home
in this way of painting, and feel that new doors open for me. I'm curious to see where it will lead me.

This is one of the paintings I've started during the wonderful Jean Haines workshop three weeks ago and now I've finished it. Maybe it's a little bit overworked, but it's such a nice idea for a larger version that I hope you enjoy it too.

The first wash on this was done as a warm-up exercise during the  fabulous workshop by Jean Haines two weeks ago and I've immediately discovered one butterfly. Now at home I look at this exercise again and the more I dive into this gorgeous flowing colors and textures, the more butterflies appear. Sure it's really abstract, but if you believe in fairies, you could see them too.

Wish you all a very happy and creative new week,

Cordially yours

Bò Gàidhealach  - Scottish Highland cattle (Scottish Gaelic: Bò Ghàidhealach; Scots: Heilan coo) are a Scottish cattle breed. During our St. Peter-Ording holidays October 2015 I've discovered this marvelous, so peaceful and paint worth looking cows on a trip to the nearby Denmark. I've taken a lot photos and at the first sight I've known, I would love to paint this gorgeous animals. This is my first Highland Cattle painting.
