One of my very first memories of my grandfather was his gorgeous small vineyard. He was so happy to work with the grapes.

The Red Star Reinette (known in German as the Rote Sternrenette and in French as Reinette Rouge Étoilée) is a traditional, heritage apple variety over 200 years old, prized for its deep red skin and distinctive star-shaped lenticels. I love the taste and color of this apple so much 🍎, and I am very happy to have one in my garden.
