Stourhead House and Garden in Wiltshire transforms into a living Jane Austen canvas during autumn, famous as the dramatic backdrop for Mr. Darcy’s rain-soaked proposal in the 2005 film adaptation of Pride & Prejudice. Golden foliage, misty lake reflections, and classical 18th-century architecture make it a top literary autumn destination.
