first step: color exercises with some pinks and one orange ...




 Surprising result when I started with the dark background ... isn't it a fantastic light!! 


I love these exercise so much and can't wait for the large version.

    Looks like it will be just the right colours for a Frangipani painting Isabella. Taking the time to do little colour studies does pay off. I have been trying too but sometimes I miss this step and do waste a bit of paint

      I miss this step often too, but every time when I take the time for this little studies I enjoy it very much and I learn each time very much.
