The last nice snow that we had was in January 2021. So, the hope of having a white Christmas this year is again zero. Yeah, we’re painters, so we paint our own winter dreams.

The lighthouse Westerhever is a well-known lighthouse in Germany, but for me, it is a symbol of wonderful relaxed days at St. Peter-Ording and the beautiful seashore there. For years I've painted it during the seasons a thousand times and surely more will follow.

The lighthouse Westerhever is a really well-known lighthouse in Germany, but for me, it is too a symbol for wonderful relaxed days at St. Peter-Ording and the beautiful seashore there. For years I've painted it during the seasons and this is a winter painting, but without snow. The one with snow is planned for the future.
