In the scenery of spring,

nothing is better, nothing worse;

The flowering branches are

of themselves, some short, some long.

  1. Oh your Magnolias are simply divine. They bloom here but I have never grown them. Often are fickle spring causes them to come out too early and then blackens them with a freeze. Yet if the weather is kind they are glorious to see. I wonder do you have dog wood trees that bloom in your part of the world? They are pretty too. Have a great April.

  2. I miss my magnolia tree, which died after a late frost. Always enjoyed painting the dancing blooms and the twisty branches. Love your sunstruck version: the picture of spring!
